About the Event

Join us for culture, dancing, children’s games & a silent auction Saturday, June 15, 2019. The Veterans Memorial Building of San Luis Obispo, CA will be the place for the coolest Emancipation Celebration that SLO has ever seen. Catered meals with BBQ chicken and fried fish with three sides will be served from 1:00pm - 3:30pm. Food is being catered by House of Prayer. Cutoff for dinner tickets is June 7, 2019. There will be dessert available for purchase.

Explore vendor booths to shop and learn about local products or services. The children's area provides fun for the whole family. Other activities include: A live DJ, Bid Whist, Dominos, a health panel and speakers. From 7pm - 9:30pm come listen to the rhythmic sounds of "All for Real" band from Santa Maria, CA.
